Robert Charles Ferguson (born December 17, 1979 in Houston, Texas) is an football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was drafted in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He attended Texas A&M University. He has 111 career receptions for 1546 yards, and 11 touchdowns.
Robert Ferguson struggled while with the Green Bay Packers after being a starter opposite of Donald Driver. Due his inconsistency, Ferguson later became a slot receiver, behind Javon Walker and Driver. After Walker was traded, Ferguson was to assume his role as a starter but went back to the slot after they drafted Greg Jennings. A few weeks before the first regulation week, Ferguson was released by the Packers.
On August 21, 2007 Ferguson inked a deal to play for the Minnesota Vikings.
