Oliver Francis Luck (born April 5, 1960) is a former professional football quarterback, former Administrator and current executive. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the 1981 NFL Draft as the 17th pick in the 2nd round (44th overall pick). He formerly served as the athletic director for West Virginia.
