Norman Yew Heen "Norm" Chow (born May 3, 1946) is an American football coach and former player. He was the head coach for the Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors, a position he assumed in December 2011 and held until November 1, 2015. Chow previously served as offensive coordinator for the Utah Utes, UCLA Bruins, the NFL's Tennessee Titans, the USC Trojans, North Carolina State Wolfpack, and BYU Cougars.
