Joshua Ballinger Lippincott Rosen (born February 10, 1997) is an American football quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins, earning second-team all-conference honors as a junior in the Pac-12 in 2017. Rosen was a top-rated recruit coming out of high school. The first true freshman to ever start at quarterback in a season opener for UCLA, he was named a Freshman All-American and was honored as the Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year in 2015. As a junior, Rosen broke the Bruins record for single-season yards passing.

Rosen was selected 10th overall in 2018 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals, but an unsuccessful rookie season resulted in him being traded to the Miami Dolphins the following year. Released by the Dolphins after one season, Rosen spent his 2020 campaign on the practice squad of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and with the San Francisco 49ers as a backup. Following his release from the 49ers ahead of the 2021 season, he joined the Falcons.
