John Fox (born February 8, 1955) is the former head coach of the Denver Broncos and the Chicago Bears. John Fox was the head coach for the Carolina Panthers. He's taken the Panthers to the playoffs three times, and made it to the Super Bowl once, but lost to the New England Patriots. He then was the head coach of the Denver Broncos for 4 seasons, including getting them to the playoffs 4 times in his coaching career with them, reaching them to the Super Bowl for the first time since Super Bowl XXXIII, in which the Broncos won. However, they would lose to the Seattle Seahawks, 43-8. After parting ways with the Broncos, he coached the Chicago Bears for 3 seasons, but not making the team to the playoffs however. He was fired from the Bears and then retired from head coaching after the season. He has his head coaching career record was: 141-130. His regular season total was: 133-123 and his postseason was: 8-7.
