The Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns football team, also known as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, represents the University of Louisiana at Lafayette located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Prior to 1999, the school was known as the University of Southwestern Louisiana. The Ragin' Cajuns are a member of the NCAA FBS Sun Belt Conference, which they joined in 2001. The Ragin' Cajuns play their home games at Cajun Field in Lafayette, and are currently coached by Michael Desormeaux.
