The Carleton (MN) Knights football team represents Carleton College located in Northfield, Minnesota. The Knights are a member of the NCAA Division III Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

The Knights play their home games at Laird Stadium in Northfield and are currently coached by Bob Pagel.

In 1977, Carleton hosted an NCAA-sponsored metric football game, the only one of its kind to date. The game was dubbed the "Liter Bowl" and was measured in meters instead of yards. Carleton lost the game to the St. Olaf Oles by a score of 43-0.
