Cardale Jones is a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills of the NFL. Jones stepped in to start for the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2014 after injuries to quarterbacks Braxton Miller and J.T. Barrett. Jones then led his team to the first ever College Football Playoff National Championship. Jones started the 2015 season as the Buckeyes' starter but J.T. Barrett took over after Jones struggled to start the year. Barrett eventually led the team to a Fiesta Bowl victory. Jones announced that he would forgo remaining eligibility and enter the 2016 NFL Draft.
On April 30, 2016, Jones was selected by the Bills in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
