The 1995 Las Vegas Bowl was a 1995 bowl game between the Toledo Rockets of the MAC and the Nevada Wolf Pack of the Mountain West Conference. The game was the first 1-A/FBS game to go into overtime, as the NCAA adopted new overtime rules for the 1995 post-season and 1996 regular season. The Rockets ended up winning 40-37. The payout for each team was $175,000.
