The 1965 New York Giants season was the 41st season for the club in the National Football League. The Giants finished with a 7–7 record, which placed them in a tie for second in the Eastern Conference with the Dallas Cowboys, four games behind the Cleveland Browns.[1][2]

NFL Draft[edit | edit source]

In the 1965 NFL Draft, the Giants had the first pick overall. The Giants passed on Joe Namath, Gale Sayers, and Dick Butkus and drafted Tucker Frederickson.[6]
